These terms apply when you use harmonyeggs.com.au or place an order with Harmony Eggs (ABN 53 685 743 239). Please read the product, price and checkout details before ordering. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products and orders

We aim to describe our eggs and other products accurately. Images are illustrative and natural products may vary. Products, quantities and prices shown on the site can change. An order is subject to availability and confirmation. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you about a suitable alternative or refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

Check your order details, including quantity, contact information and delivery address, before paying. Prices and any applicable charges are shown at checkout in Australian dollars. Payment is handled through the methods offered at checkout. If a pricing or technical error is discovered, we will contact you before fulfilling the affected order and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.

Delivery and fresh products

Delivery availability, timing and any conditions shown at checkout or confirmed with you apply to your order. Please provide an address where the eggs can be received safely and check them promptly on arrival. If an order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as practical. Our Refund Policy explains how we handle problems with an order.

Subscriptions and recurring orders

If you choose a recurring order or subscription, the price, frequency and any cancellation controls presented with that option at checkout or in your account apply. Please review those details before subscribing and contact us if you need help changing or cancelling a recurring order. Changes to an order already prepared or dispatched may not be possible. Your consumer rights still apply.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries and purchases. Please do not interfere with the website, misuse accounts or submit false order information. Website text, images and branding belong to Harmony Eggs or their respective owners and may not be reused commercially without permission.
